Proud Moments isn't worse than other ABA companies. Regarding the PR person who often comments on posts and says that concerns should be brought up to directors or HR, how would that even be done? There isn't an anonymous system to give any feedback and even if there was, I can't imagine anything at the company changing since making more money is the only concern.

You are informed of new policies frequently and they are so clearly based on how to make the most money that it is laughable they try to present them as anything else. It doesn't give much hope that anyone is being treated well an an employee from the office staff to BTs to BCBAs.Ī lot of the new BTs are still in college and it is very clear that putting a body on a case is more important than quality of service. Almost the entire office staff turned over in the last 12 months and there are frequent emails alerting us of new care managers being assigned to cases.
The company likes to say they are the "gold standard" of care and they have lots of quality assurance checks that don't mean anything or lead to any changes and seemingly only occur so that they can say that they did them.
Then the company was sold to a private-equity firm and the only emphasis is on profit.
It felt like you were not just an anonymous worker and that you actually mattered. Proud Moments used to be a smaller company that held appreciation events where you could actually meet the owners and high-ups at the company.
